FITTING ONLY: This fitting allows you to install disc brakes on substantially any Bicycle [without welding].  Sometimes I  remove the small tabs located near axle hole, as they limit/restrict positioning of mount and attach a brace to hold them in place...  INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. 

NOTE:  You must have a DISC HUB on your wheel - a hub that can accept a disc brake / rotor in order to use this fitting.
