This is an excellent BRAKE SOLUTION for your OCC Schwinn Chopper Project.    Kit Includes: A High Quality / Heavy Duty / Sturmey Archer Drum Brake Hub (professionally) laced up into an HD  ALLOY Rim.  Included is a 2 into 1 brake lever and everything you need to make the brake functional. 

Note: Tall arm on hub must be anchored to fork [clamps shown / included] in order for Brake system to function.
