HIGH PERFORMANCE / QUALITY / DELLORTO "style" - Carb.

ARE YOU DONE TRYING TO GET YOUR CARBURETOR DIALED IN?  Just snap this on and go!  This carb. will work on any 66/80cc Chinese 2 stroke motor.  This is a Dellorto "style" carb = one better.  Unlike the standard Dellorto, this carburetor has a fuel adjustment screw... You will not ever have to change the jet to get it to run right!  

I pre-install the THROTTLE CABLE (included) = CUSTOM made to fit your bike and throttle assembly ...and the PROPER SIZE JET -  this allows you plenty of adjustment to get the fuel mixture just perfect in no time! 

DUE TO EXTENSIVE PRE-FITMENT WORK I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE THIS CARB. PERFECT FOR YOU - I do add a little extra on shipping to cover my extra labor costs.

Simply Install carburetor, drop the clutch - it fires up then, [small moves] on fuel adjust screw until you are getting all of your top end...  Fine tune IDLE Screw and you are done! 

NOTE: If I am unable to procure  carbs with spring loaded choke then, I substitute same carb with manual choke cable and selector (see photos).

This Manifold or a "Z" Manifold [40mm stud width] required to fit this carb. into an OCC frame. Ideal set-up for Grubee motors or similar with 40mm intake stud width.  Gasket and Hardware included.  

STEEL THROTTLE HOUSING & UPGRADED GRIPS - Open Ended Grips to allow for Installation of BAR END MIRRORS.... If mirrors not wanted - simply insert plugs to close off.  NO KILL SWITCH - MAY WANT TO ADD TOGGLE [BELOW] 

When you change throttle - one size does not fit all...  I can custom cut to fit a throttle cable for you...  I will need to know what style carb you have in order to make it the proper length etc.
