These shims will allow you to install a 1" inch [steering tube] fork into an OCC Schwinn Frame or similar... REMOCE STOCK BEARING CUPS. Then, just drop in [SHIMS] as shown - allows you to install 1" INCH Bearing Cups & Headset to accomodate a FORK with a 1" inch steering fork.
The stock OCC Schwinn will only accept FORKS with 1 1/8"inch steering tubes.
